The first meeting of the Working Group is to be held on Sunday 12th November at the Club starting at 7pm, participants are requested to get there at 6.45, and the meeting should be completed by 8.30.

The format of the main part of the meeting will be a discussion in small groups to look at how things are with the club at the moment. Before the meeting, participants are asked to have a think about the strengths and weaknesses of the club, and also what opportunities and threats are out there.

The reason for talking in small groups is so that everyone will get a chance to have their say.

After the discussion in groups, it is hoped that priority areas for further discussion can be agreed for the second meeting on Monday 20th November.

Participants are asked to confirm their attendance with facilitator, Steve Abbott, if they haven’t already done so.
