The Corsham Cricket Academy produces some potentially outstanding players who are invited to attend Performance Programmes which are held during the Easter, Spring half-term and Summer school holiday periods.
The programmes help realise this potential through intensive coaching on technical, mental, physical and tactical aspects of cricket.
Invited players are nominated by the Academy Lead Coaches and selected on merit.
Many players in the programme are now playing County Age Group cricket at Wiltshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire as well as District representative cricket. A number have become the mainstay of the Club's 3rd and 4th XIs, and have also represented the Club at 2nd and 1st XI levels.
Performance Programme Co-ordinator, David Dolman, has now finalised the Summer Programme and will be assisted by coaches Rob Reed, Steve Vickery, and Dwaine Fielding to deliver the programme during the last week of July and the first week of August. They will be assisted by Mark Hick, Gabriel Field, Tom Hyde, James Smith and Kieran Gibson.
The parents of all attendees will be e-mailed with the final programme, but a copy is attached to this article.
