The ECB have launched a new initiative to get more women and girls playing cricket and on Wednesday 5th July between 6.30 and 8.00pm, Sam Dent from Wiltshire Cricket is coming to Station Road to lead a training session with the Corsham Ladies (aged 14 and above). More sessions are planned after the initial introductory session.

Corsham Cricket Club is holding a Soft Ball Festival for Women and Girls on Sunday 27th August 2017 between the hours of 11.00am and 5.00pm. This will be a great family and community event, so please put it in your diary.

Jan Amor (Lily and Flynn's mum) is going to co-ordinate the Women's Softball initiative for Corsham, Rob Reed is involved too and Liz Dixon is helping with the admin side.

Jan and Liz are both joining in and already have a few names of willing volunteers to join them, but they are looking for more. No experience is needed, and no level of fitness required, just a willingness to have some fun and maybe learn some new skills!
